For Express Post we always use Australia Post, for regular registered delivery we either use Australia Post or Couriers Please. Please note these are signature services so if you are not home at the time of delivery a card will be left with options including: re-delivery or pickup from the local Post Office, Couriers Please depot or Newsagent.

We will issue your refund as soon as we have received and inspected the goods you have returned. This is usually well within 2 weeks of the day you post it back to us but may be slightly longer for international returns.

If you are returning the product due to a fault with the product, rather than just change of mind, then please call or email us first. If it is determined that the product is faulty, we will arrange for the return postage to be paid.
